Nestled in the historic Merz Building is a space with style, comfort and all you will need for a short stay in Indianapolis. Walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center. The suite features 12’ ceilings, both wireless internet and Ethernet hookup, TV, washer dryer and kitchenette to rival the best a 5-star hotel has to offer. The unit is in a studio setting with one queen size bed however a small pullout sofa bed is also in the suite to accommodate a third guest. Did I mention free parking on site? Add that to the list of perks. With the many fine eateries in town, two happen to be across the street from your stay. Shapiro’s Deli and Iozzo’s Italian. Eli Lilly is in the backyard, Back 9 golf a short drive away (no pun intended).

From the time I booked Bill was amazing! The property is well kept!! I love how the downtown area is so close I will be back again!! The place is so clean I mean from the time u walk in until u leave not to mention food spot directly across the street

This stadium stay was just perfect! We enjoyed it so much! We were able to leave our car there and walk to Lucas Oil and even enjoyed the deli acrossthe street upon leaving. The bed was so comfortable, everything was so nice and clean and was a perfect place to stay. We will be back.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great location, super close to downtown and great for walking. Parking was great, loved being right by Lucas Oil and the Pacers facility.Super cute space, had all we needed. TV was great for relaxing after walking downtown and playing some video games.Overall had a great stay, would 100% recommend it.

Super clean efficiency! Perfect for two or 3 adults. Short walk to downtown and all the activities. Host was so hospitable! Great communication. Will definitely stay here again.

What we needed for a weekend trip

Great stay that was as described. Newly renovated and convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Was not cleaned from the last stay when we arrived at our checkin time. The manager dealt with it quickly and apologized. House needs a deeper cleaning but was good enough for a quick trip. Internet was spotty. No windows to the outside world. But it was relatively cheap and easy access to a quick meal at Shapiros. Easy in/out to interstate.

Amazing property!!!

Loved this property! Definitely would stay here again. Nicely decorated & very clean. Enjoyed having a kitchenette, comfortable bed & great Smart TV. The free parking was a nice bonus. It’s within walking distance to Lucas Oil & Gainbridge Fieldhouse, restaurants & shopping. Reasonably priced too.

Nice stay for a convention

We had a great experience at this location. The rental provided all we needed for our extended weekend and the host responded quickly with any questions. I believe we were the first to use the site and the host was very transparent with remolding process in the days approaching our stay. Thank you for a great experience.

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city someday. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!

It has history, character and a location next to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to this great city.
