The property is in a excellent position between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Teresa was a wonderful host. The property was clean and well stocked and exactly as the images. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Lovely Home in The Villages.

This home was located in a quite cul de sac. The kitchen had all the tools and pots and pans, kurig coffee maker and even coffee pods to use. The home came with plenty of towels and wash clothes and even beach towels to use. So many pools near the house. I highly recommend this home. Easy check in procedure. Excellent communication with host. Having 3 bedrooms was wonderful for our party of 3 adults. On future trips to the villages, i would automatically search for this very house to book.

Great location, spacious quarters

We were visiting a friend in this neighborhood, so the location was perfect for us. It's convenient to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter amenities. The included golf carts made is easy to get around, and the house was well appointed. The house was spacious and clean.

The stay was great, the house was clean, and had all the necessary extras. Golf Carts ran well, Pool toys, Golf Clubs, Extra Bedding, Extra Towels, Seating, TVs with open HDMI ports. We had a very pleasant stay

Wonderful Choice

We booked this lovely home for the month of November to extend golf season and postpone cold weather expected at home in Canada. We also had family visit for part of the stay, as a home base for Disney Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. The house was clean, comfortable and attractive, amazingly well equipped and the best location due to quiet street and central location between Spanish Springs Square and Sumpter Landing. Also, central between the nearby family pool and an adult pool. Golf courses, like the pools and recreation centers, are EVERYWHERE. So many dining choices, too little time! The Villages has to be experienced as it is indescribable. We are returning next year and grateful to rent this wonderful home again.

My family from Virginia had a lovely experience at this rental unit. The property is so well stocked with all you need for cooking, Keurig coffee, comfortable beds, printer / office area for day working, 2 golf carts that run very well, all the stuff needed for a beach day. Chairs coolers even boogie boards Plenty of toiletries if you forgot something. Convenience of the location alone is so nice Thank you for helping my family from out of town enjoy their stay at a much more affordable price then a hotel We highly recommend

Everything you need for your stay in Paradise.

The house was perfect for our family. The two golf carts allowed my adult children and us to have the freedom we wanted to explore the Villages. The neighbors were friendly . The house was very close to a family pool and an adult only pool. The house came equipped with everything we needed for meals. Spent many hours in the Florida room reading my book and out front reading the paper before it got too hot. Any communication with the homeowner was quickly returned and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Right in between Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs. Golf carts were fun. Next time we stay when it isn't as hot! Like the split floor plan.

Nice getaway

We stayed in this house as a married couple, and adult child and a teenager. This was a perfect layout for what we expected and wanted. The house was clean, and everything was easy to find. We were visiting family 1/4 mile away and it was very easy to use the golf cart to get to their house and to the town square. We also liked having our own space from other family. We would rent this again when we come down again!

Excellent choice!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one is the absolute cleanest one we have ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and the knives were sharp! The owners were quick to respond to all my questions before and during our stay. I hope this home will be available the next time we visit family in the area!

LOVELY COMFORTABLE HOME -

We stayed 3 nights in early December. This home was recently updated and contained all the comforts of home. Very nice linens, plenty of kitchen ware, 2 nice golf carts, bicycles, comfortable furnishings - all very close to Spanish Springs Town Center. We visited family in the Villages and were able to enjoy all the amenities. The owners are very personable and communicated with us promptly. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood area but close to the action. Would gladly choose to stay in this home again.

Home away from Home

This was our first time renting a house and I can’t say enough positive things. It truest felt like home and very clean. They had things that I could use that I had forgotten. Definitely thought outside the box. Having the golf carts was such an awesome bonus. I didn’t think I would use them but when I did it was such a blast. The owner was very great with communication. We will def be booking this house in the future.

We purchased this home from parents. Our parents have lived in The Villages for 19 years. We have been coming to visit The Villages for years and have experienced the growth throughout the years. Our children, now growth adults, have been dancing at the squares since they were little. We are from a small town, south of Buffalo, NY and enjoy getting away and visiting family and friends at The Villages.
