The space
This is a lovely, quiet family cottage has many unique extras on Lake Sinclair. The wood home on a sloped, gardened lot has 2 front doors and 2 floors connected with a spiral staircase inside and a separate outside staircase. This makes each floor with 2 bedrooms, full bath, very private, ideal for 2 couples, or visits with in-laws. You also have your own exclusive dock and are welcome to bring your own water recreation; jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, and boats can be put in at Twin Bridges Marina. The dock faces west across the lake into a State Park, Lake Sinclair Recreation Area, Park and the nightly sunsets are a year-round treat! Leave as clean as you found it and all outdoor equipment put away, strapped down from winds. Mi Casa Su Casa - Enjoy!

As an honored guest at Lakeport Family Cottage, you have full, unshared access to the house, the yards, private dock, parking, picnic, boating, fishing etc areas.
Other things to note
This is a well-tended, loved home, with many small extra details, from board games to 3 Roku TVs, WIFI, a digital fireplace, full kitchen, bar and work areas, comfortable bedrooms all in a rustic, restive setting. If you need a get-away to work, regroup or spend time with loved ones, Lakeport is a delightful place to stay.
