Summary:
This spacious house is in one of the best neighborhoods in Tijuana, near the Xolos Futbol Stadium and the most popular restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and very spacious living room, perfect for a small family or large group. Our place provides everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The Space:
One of the best places to stay in Tijuana is Lomas Hipodromo. It is a very secure residential area with a small park nearby where you can enjoy great walks. You are close to restaurants, shopping malls, and bars, yet far enough away from the crowds to enjoy a quiet moment.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the whole house.
We share a hallway with the homeowners.
Guests have an independent entrance.
The garage is off limits.
You can park your vehicle in front of the gate just to make sure you do not block any garage.
There's cameras inside the house (living room and staircase)

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a friendly neighborhood and very secure .

Getting Around:
The city offers convenient transportation options, including Uber and taxis, making it easy to get around and explore all that the area has to offer.

5 Stars – Beautiful, Spacious, and Safe Stay in Tijuana! I had an excellent experience staying at Casa Lomas in Tijuana! The house is absolutely beautiful—both inside and out. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was another highlight. It felt very safe and peaceful, with lovely surroundings that added to the charm of the stay. One of my favorite features of the home was the main bedroom’s balcony—it offered a stunning view of the hillside homes and mountains, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening wind-down. While it would have been nice if one of the TVs were more up-to-date, this was a minor detail in an otherwise amazing experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The location is okay I had a really hard time getting in. The lock on the gate was so confusing because it has no key you have to push the gate open. And then when we tried to get in every time we put the code in it would not open. It's not handicapped friendly. All bedrooms upstairs, it's not even in the listings there's only a picture going into the house not into the house. The master bedroom had a big gap opening on the door, when we got there the screen was broken, we had a hard time closing it.The ceiling in the living room it's horrible, personally if I would have known I would have never stayed in this home he has a popcorn ceiling it probably has asbestos, on top of that walking into the house was like an oven the air did not fail breathable. There were only two fans. No fans downstairs one of the bedrooms was extremely hot in the middle. When I messaged this I did not get a reply, on top of that the owner actually messaged me through WhatsApp asked me not to message him through there anymore. He said I was not replying to the app, sorry but I had a lot going on, I tried to explain to him, I don't understand this guy he is very confusing overall. I had a very horrible experience I came home with a lot of pain in my legs cuz I couldn't go up the stairs, he should have at least said that there was numerous steps to get to the bedrooms I would have never rented this if I knew. And if you don't have AC at least or provide fans for the guest.
