Deluxe Beachfront Condo

This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to nine guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room 2 chairs and sofa along with the master bedroom chair were FILITHY and sunk way down when one sat upon them .Complained several times to no avail! All tv’s were very old...the living room one was quite small (none were smart tv’s). No coffee table!overall it was very dirty.....could have used a power washer. The master bedroom was overall good (other than the chair) I used upholstery shampoo on the counter stools and dining chairs so they were usable.The condo common areas were almost spotless. Pool heated nicely.Parking excellent. Good walking area. Rental agency did come in and took care of things like the shower leaking and drapes hanging. The owners should be ashamed renting this unit with the extremely filithy worn out living room furniture. The kitchen faucet was awful, worn out and leaked.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pullout sofa had so many springs there is no padding at all and you say that’s for two adults. Not good at all. The outside staff at the pool are absolutely wonderful.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort the past 4 years for USFA Girls softball tournament. Location is good, though PCB is having some issues. Our first experience with Emerald Coast Destinations went smoothly and they were easy to work with. They were very helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately, this unit is in need of serious cleaning and some overdue maintenance. Cabinet door falling off, living room furniture extremely dirty, decorative pillows with “stains”, floors needing a good steam cleaning, patio furniture very dirty and a broken chair leg, chair in master is not attached to base which is a safety issue, master shower door opens into the shower with no room for a larger person to get in and then get the door closed, and kitchen is lacking basics. At a point, either sacrifice a week of rental for these issues or do them right before the season starts.

This room was amazing. It was spacious, fully stocked and very clean. Our family made dinner in the condo every night and never didnt have what we needed. The beachfront view was beautiful. We will definitely consider booking again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went for a family girls trip. We had a great time. Boardwalk is always a great place to stay. I would have given the condo a higher rating, but it is in great need of new curtains in the living room and master... old, broken, and falling off... new living room furniture is a must... outdated and couch was so stained, I wouldn't sit on it and all rooms need new TV remotes... I'd also put a tv in the bunk room. We did have an issue with a toilet breaking one night and leaking all over floor. Called emergency line and no one responded that night until i called again next morning and then went to office the next day... don't think they understood gravity of situation until then. Maintenance came immediately after that... he was great... but by then, water had leaked so bad, it was under flooring, so he had to take care of that also. Those are just minor glitches that come with rentals, and we had an amazing time together making memories.

Needs improvement

We enjoyed our stay however the couch & chairs in the living room need replacing. Both were extremely dirty to the point where we put a sheet over the couch to keep from sitting directly on it. Also, they were both really uncomfortable. There needs to be more household items (towels, dish towels, etc)

Family vacation

Loved staying here. Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The property had very nice amenities to be able to enjoy the pool and beach without having to leave the area.

Great vacation

Very nice condo and great location! Plenty of room for all 8 of us that stayed here! I would recommend bringing extra bath towels if there are more than 5 of you. There are towels provided but not enough for 8 ppl. Sent an email to property management the first night of our stay with a question about the tv and never got a response. Just went without using the TV in the master bedroom and it literally stayed on the entire vacation to a blue screen. Other than the lack of communication, we really enjoyed our stay!
