Easy walking distance from hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. 30 day minimum per HOA and 31 days preferred to avoid added city short-term rental tax. Small dogs <25# OK with prior approval. Signed rental agreement required by HOA. Amazon delivers to front door and locked mailroom if desire temporary forwarding of mail.
