This place was great. Absolutely spotless and so well-appointed, and the pool was next level. It was close to town and airports and was the prefect place for our sister’s weekend. Check in was a breeze, and the checkout steps were easy to follow. Would definitely stay there again!

Business trip stay

Stayed here while in town for a conference. Was a good house with a great backyard. Enjoyed the pool area, was a nice relaxing spot. Felt like it was an easy walk down to Atlantic Ave and the beach (about 1/2-3/4 mile) with many good restaurants.

The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The back yard and pool are amazing! The location is a nice walk to Atlantic Ave and you can walk to the Publix if you don’t want to drive. We will definitely look to stay here first next time we are in Delray. Nicole is very prompt with communication!Thanks again!

Amazing comfortable place, clean and well-kept. Private heated pool. Just 5 min drive to the beach and shops. Nicole was very responsive at all times.

Sunshine Cottage

We loved our stay at the Sunshine Cottage. The house was spotless and well appointed. The pool and backyard was perfect and the house was centrally located. Communication with the owner was easy and clear. We hope to return!

We live in Massachusetts on the island of Martha's Vineyard. We are year-round residents there unless we are here in Delray for two months of the year. I love being a host to share our lovely space with people who can relax and enjoy their warm-weather vacation.

We love the location of our house because it's so accessible to everything! We can walk to town during the day or evening, be at the beach in no time and where we have access to the best food shopping within half a mile. We can go out and be in the busyness if we like, but come home to a peaceful sanctuary here at home.

You would have no idea that behind our sweet cottage is a private, wonderful and relaxing space with a great pool and outdoor living area. The backyard is what makes our property unique, and we know you will feel the same.
