This property is amazing. Host was quick to respond to request. All amenities were described accurately to listing. We had nine people stay here with abundant personal space. The beach chairs on the sandy knoll were perfect for morning and evenings! Would highly recommend this property for a beautiful experience of the dunes.

Beautiful home with stunning views of ocean. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching the sun set. Living room had plenty of comfortable seating for our group of eight. The house was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

The house was beautiful and very cozy!Although, a few of the other key featured items : the hot tub was very dirty, had a foul odor and never rose above 80' which was unfortunate, and the fire pit that is featured in many of the photos isn't available. We did have a great time :)

What a beautiful house! We have stayed at a lot of houses in Pajaro Dunes and this is by far our favorite. One of our favorite parts was how the house is tucked into the dunes, but still has a beautiful view of the ocean. Looking forward to our next trip!

The location was beautiful and the outdoor space from this property was great, but the house , mainly the kitchen was rough and not very clean. I have been staying at Pajaro dunes for over 40 years and it is difficult to find a house that has been updated and is very clean. I will continue to use VEBO in my search for next year.

Susan, thank you for your feedback and for noting the location and outdoor space. We take cleanliness very seriously, and the home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay. We did not receive any concerns during your visit, but we would have addressed them immediately had we been notified. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and is accurately represented in the listing photos; while the cabinetry is not recently updated, it is maintained to a high standard and designed to be highly functional for guests. In addition to the main appliances, we provide a wide range of small appliances—including multiple coffee makers, a waffle maker, blender, sandwich maker, and pizza oven—to make the space as usable and enjoyable as possible. Many of our guests specifically choose this home for its renovated bathrooms, high-quality furnishings, premium linens, and the uniquely large outdoor area with private beach access—features consistently reflected in our 5-star reviews. We appreciate your input and will continue working to provide a great experience for our guests.

We spent the weekend at this beautiful home to celebrate an early Thanksgiving with our large family. The house was perfect for us, with lots of room for everyone. The large living room was the perfect place for everyone to gather, enjoy the fire, and the spectacular views. The outdoor space was unbelievable, with the hot tub and the fire pit in the dunes. We would definitely stay again!
