The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including a spacious kiddie fun pool area, three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, and more! It's an outstanding unit within a fantastic resort.

The Neighborhood:

This beachfront resort offers abundant amenities for your enjoyment. You'll find indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a relaxing lazy river, a spacious pool deck, and inviting social areas. There are also oceanfront pools, including an indoor pool, as well as a children's interactive splash and play area. The resort is conveniently located just steps from the beach and is close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park. It's also a short drive from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Plus, you'll have the convenience of free WiFi during your stay.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for convenient transportation. Additionally, you can consider Turo for rental car services.

Other Things to Note:

Kindly be aware that this is a non-smoking, privately owned condominium, distinct from a hotel room. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect that you would offer to your own residence. While we are dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns, please understand that there is no on-site 24/7 resident available.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.



AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.



PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.

Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

Great ocean front location

This property was clean, safe, and a direct ocean front property. 4th floor view over the pool and parking on the deck right outside the room. Very basic accommodations but the price was unbeatable. We plan on being back year after year.

Good property, convenient parking and nice condo.

Property was nice with lots of pools and things to do. Parking was very convenient. The parking garage spaces were just a few steps from the condo door. Room was pretty nice with a bedroom and front room w/ a bed. Beds were ok. Front one was pretty hard. Be aware that the couch in the front room reclines fairly flat, but does NOT pull out into a bed. Not really usable to sleep unless a very small kid. Overall it was great. I would stay there again.

Great location and great value for money. Not crazy about the kitchen setup as the sink for bath room is in the hallway kitchen. And, at the time of my stay the unit did not have a keruig. Check in detail were requested earlier the day of stay and were not released until a couple hours prior to check in. This was annoying as had to read in the parking lot due to my flight arrival. The check in email rivaled war and peace in length, would have appreciated a more concise email. There is also a large light that shines over the balcony all night long, did not like that. Overall a good budget place to stay and would consider staying again

The only reason I give it one star is because I can’t give it a zero. - wasn’t very clean.- had a smell in front room- reported to Big Fish. Response was they would come with an air purifier but would have to he out of the room.- sliding door to balcony missing a handle. - had to search for coffee maker- fits in bathroom cabinet and had to scrub it before I bound use it.- no dead bolt lock for door. - left sone clothes in the only closet in front bedroom. I know it was my responsibility to check everything but just missed it. Door into kitchenette obscures the door to closet so wasn’t visible, which contributed to me not checking it. Called Big Fish- no response. Sent several emails to Julie- cursory response of “l’ll check with housekeeping.” No follow up. I left this place much cleaner than I found it. I even sent a video as I left. Would NEVER recommend any property handled by Big Fish Rentals.

It’s okay, just 3rd party rental is not great

The place itself was not bad. Parking is great, right outside your room. They send you detailed emails about your stay and offer early check in but give you the runaround with it. They ask you to message the day before but never get back to you. Takes 14-30 days to get your deposit back. It was not cleaned, we were so frustrated with the check in process and the fact that they could not find our verification email that was sent we just cleaned it ourselves, luckily there was a broom in the room. Tub is rusted but the small kitchenette area is nice. The view is perfect and nice to be on beach. It was a quick stay. Just dealing with Big Fish Rentals is frustrating.

Uncomfortable doble beds. And very inconvenient NOT to find a parking space coming back from exploring the city. I was told I had 2 available parking spaces but then came back to a full parking garage and just been told because it was the 4 of July week there was a parking overflow. To find somewhere else to park my car like at the meters. Something you don't want to worry about on your vacation. You pay a lot to have to find your own parking because it seems that it doesn't happens just during holidays

Well by far my worst vacation experience EVER. Arrived Thursday evening, Immediately on Friday my daughter's prescription glasses were stolen. That evening we get ready when I realized my New Nike Air Max were stolen right from my room. Someone had access, only people around my unit during my stay was Staff. Bought Mason Jars for Shark teeth and shells collected ONLY to have those stolen right from under me. Yes there's more but why bother, Staff that I reported incidents said no will come from this. Then to see you guys charged me almost 100 for your "ervice". Very disappointing and I will put together a more professional statement for current and future customers.

Check in was not good. We received a code for condo that was incorrect. Waited for host to reply with no answer. Ended up calling the rental place who gave us a code. Room was small but we expected that. Location was good.

Compass Cove provides a wide range of enjoyable activities and amenities for guests, who can access any amenity available in one of the three buildings that make up the resort.
