As an owner who takes great pride in my condo and keeping guest happy durring their stays at my condo I am sorry that you felt like this. With the amount of money that you paid I feel that you more then got your monies worth. Most of your cons were pure opion and I am sorry that you felt this way. I personally disagreee with 90 percent of this. First of all the beds are going to be replaced in the near future. The kitchen is designed and stocked just like all the rest in the building and my unit acually has more stuff in it because when we cook there and we are missing something we have gone out and gotten it. Keep it in there adding it to my inventory list. The kitchens are not designed for fancy cooking or big dinners. They are for cooking a meal while on vacation trying to save a dime or to. The tub once again is what fits in the bathroom it is not designed for handicap standards. It is better then most resort tubs because it has the jets. With the beach equipment most condos do not carry these because we are never sure what the guest want so it is better to just give them space where they can bring there own stuff. As for the area as a person who travels all over I can assure you that Myrtle Beach is in the top 10 percent of areas with the least amount of abandoned buildings. The city has done a really good job of getting older hotels that are no longer in business torn down. In the past year there has been a big build up in new construction which is a big up grade. As for our building if you could see the Hoa incresses in the last couple of years you would relize that a lot has been spent to upgrade our building. As for your comment about stores around the building I can asure you and future guest that you can park your car in our lot for a week and never have to move it cause everything that you need is in walking distance. If any one does not agree I can tell you where something that you need is or better yet just look at Google maps. Thanks Randy Bratton
