Welcome to Crescent Arms unit 105S This unit has been completely remodeled and is ready for your vacation. This is a popular ground floor condo unit located next to the beach walkway for quick and easy access. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck. The screened lanai also has glass sliders that let you enjoy the outdoor view even on a cooler day. The remodeled kitchen opens to the dining room to make your vacation meal preparation easy.
This unit Features:
Beach front property! Easy access on and off the Island! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand! Screened in lanai with patio furniture, Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi.
Shared resort amenities:
Heated pool, Private Beach, BBQ area with gas grills. Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from.
Beach towels included. Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings. Villas have washers and dryers in the garage. No smoking and no pets, please! ? NO GOLF CARTS, Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, boats If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully furnished kitchen. Crescent Arms features: Fully Furnished, Gated Condominiums Private Beach Access with Chairs No smoking and no pets, please!
There is a seven-night minimum stay Saturday to Saturday. Check in: 4 PM Check out: 10 AM We strongly encourage you to get rental insurance in case of any problems that may occur. Your Florida Vacation Awaits You.

I have been coming to this location for the last 4 years + with either renting out this unit or staying with family in other units. This year was the worst year yet. How they distributed guest passes this year was crazy. There was a guy and a lady who were only handing out 5 guest passes a day. Never have we ever had to wake up every day at 7:30 to obtain a guest pass. What kind of vacation is that while some people were able to get a week guest pass. This year none of the guest spots in front of the main building were used this year and was completely empty along with multiple spots near the villas. We explained multiple times why were there so many spots open and only 5 passes to be given out and all we got back as a answer was that this is how it is because the first few days were packed . Of course the first day were packed it was 4th of July. After that, guest parking wasn't a problem. This doesn't feel like a vacation when fighting for passes. Also a AC guy came in to do some maintenance but we were never told he was coming. The sliding door to our unit stayed open the whole time even though we called several times to have it fixed. Not only is the price increasing but the way it's being run isn't worth the money. This is sad because we saw the vacancy sign so we know this place had empty units for the first time ever. This economy you need to make sure this place is tip top shape to be asking for more money. Loved it while it last.
