GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full and private access to the entire cottage. This includes both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private backyard with the hot tub, pool, and fire table. Access is simple and secure with an electronic lock. Your unique code will be sent to you on the day of check-in as soon as the house is ready for your arrival.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
We offer a seamless and private experience for our guests. As a professionally managed home, we will not be present during your stay but are always available via the messaging platform should you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

– Pool is seasonal and typically open from late May through labor day (weather permitting).
– Hot tub is available year-round.
– Fire pit is available for guest use.
– A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
– Primary renter must be 30+ years old.
– One well-behaved dog is allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
– No parties or unregistered guests.
– Hot tub safety rules apply (no glass, no pets, no lotions, replace cover when not in use).
– Backyard is fully fenced.
– Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.

As part of our standard process, guests are asked to complete a short rental agreement and place a refundable security deposit hold on a credit card prior to arrival.
