A beautiful place at a reasonable price. A great deck and beach. Wonderful for swimming and kayaking. The right size for a couple or a single for a long weekend.

Our 4th visit to this wonderful, peaceful lakefront property. Always clean and has a very good kitchen, stocked with everything to prepare meals there or visit one of the local restaurants. David, the host is always there to greet us with a smile and great personality.

We arrived about an hour early, but David allowed us in. The apartment is very comfortable and well located. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed is comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered patio and the dock. The location on the water is wonderful. It’s perfect for 2 people but can accommodate 4.

Location, location, location! This unit has a fabulous view and easy lake access. The hosts are very kind, and did what they could to ensure I was comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side, but has everything one needs. The kitchen is also well appointed, and there’s a full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and both a coffee maker and Keurig. I was in town for a wedding at Abandon Brewing, which is just a short drive up the hill. It’s also a short distance to town.

Beautiful views and very nicely maintained beach, to the lake. The host was very nice and gave us a tour of the apartment. Great place to kayak. Not a far drive to town. Great stay, thank you so much.

The apartment was a great place for a quick getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful and the ability to use the firepit in the evening made our stay extra special. The apartment was clean with a functioning kitchen and close to several wineries. Host was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our go to spot for lakeside relaxation. Apartment has a very nice kitchen with alot of amenities provided and is very clean. David the host is very polite and helpful. This past weekend was our 3rd booking and while we were there relaxing by the water we booked trip #4. Can't wait. Close to The Windmill for a few hours of shopping.

Extremely clean apartment with everything we needed. Owner was great. The view of the lake was beautiful! Coffee in the morning and wine in evening overlooking Keuka Lake. Perfect location to get to whatever you need. Very affordable and cozy place. Highly recommended!!

Great location & friendly host!

We had a pleasant stay. Property is in a great location, on the lake and close to Keuka College. There is a futon for additional guests, but due to comfort of futon and size of bathroom, space is probably better suited for 1 guest or a couple. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and cost is certainly reasonable for accommodations provided. Host is kind and responsive.

Long weekend

We love the area and often take trips here. This property was lake front with a beautiful view. The rate was good for this area. The place was clean and just as described. The bathroom is tiny but completely functional. Coffee on the porch was a favorite along with ending the day sitting on the dock. Close to everything. We would stay again.

Lake views !

This place has an Absolutely beautiful view of Keuka Lake. We enjoyed our stay with David - he has great access to the lake and has multiple kayaks to use. David also had a nice fire pit right next to lake. Some of the amenities could use a refresh, and the bathroom is also tiny. Other than that it was a great weekend getaway with many wineries near by.
