Escape to a private and comfortable retreat located in beautiful Boise, Idaho! This a charming downstairs unit, nestled on a peaceful 1-acre lot, is completely separate from the upstairs portion of the house, ensuring guests enjoy privacy and space throughout their stay.

Perfect for families, groups, or small gatherings, this spacious rental features 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 single bed, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. There’s also a cozy love seat and a sectional couch with two reclining ends, providing the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring. With 2.5 bathrooms, getting ready for the day or unwinding in the evening is a breeze.

The huge yard is perfect for kids to run and play, offering plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Fire up the charcoal grill for a fun family barbecue, or dine al fresco at the outdoor table that seats 6, while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Bachelorette Weekend!

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at this property for a bachelorette weekend! The number of rooms, larger living room, kitchen, and parking were wonderful!! The owner was amazing to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay!

Great location

The interior was nice and clean. The only downside was that I was not aware that there were other occupants in the upper story with a connecting door until we were ready to check in.

Super Owner and Lovely Property

The property is as advertised, very roomy and convenient to Boise State and the airport. What is stand out for this property is the owner Meagan. We had a plumbing problem in the middle of the night and she immediately got a plumber out to fix it. She is outstanding and wonderful to work with.

Boise family rental

This home was perfect for our needs! Grandma (me) and my daughter's family including 3 children fit nicely. We were in town for a family celebration. We were able to entertain easily. We used both the grill and the gas fire table. We enjoyed Roaring Springs Waterpark, Lucky Peak beach, playgrounds and each other. The unit was very clean and functional. The kids played outside. Parking was easy and convenient. It was ideal.
