Boise is waiting for you at this charming 4-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed (queen & full) and a queen Airbed that can be set up in game room. This awesome property offers comfortable accommodations for guests. The house features excellent amenities like a pool(seasonal usually Mid May thru September ) and year round hot tub, arcade machine w/ 500+ games, ping pong table hair dryer, heating, washing machine, AC, iron, WiFi, and even a fitness room. Love this house! The grandkids enjoyed the pool hottub and game room! The ping pong table was an added bonus. Everything you need is at this house!

Jason allowed us to check in ealy(half of our group traveled across the country and needed a nap before dinner). He kept in contact throughout the stay. House was very comfortable and had everything one needed for the stay( ping pong table, small gym, books, games, big screen TV with amazing sound, plenty of bathrooms). We were unable to use the pool, it was May in Idaho, and pool was very cold but it was nice to sit outside, by the pool and read my book while my family slept in. Great stay, will do it again.

Awesome place

Super awesome place to stay the pool was fun the house was clean showers were hot wouod definitely stay again the only down side the hot tub wouldn’t get hot and was kinda bummed that it wasn’t working properly but over all the stay was fun and had plenty of accommodations

The property owners were so accommodating and responsive ! we rented the house for a girls weekend / bachelorette and were able to check in early and set up decorations. we felt welcome in the home and had a great time ! the home was clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. the pool / hottub were such an added bonus, and everything was in great condition and ready for our stay !

We had an amazing stay at the house. The space offers something for everyone! My family and I used the hot tub, the video game and the ping pong competition was epic! The grill was used daily and the kitchen provided everything to keep our family chefs busy. My wife and I stayed in the master and it was very comfortable! The bathroom is updated, very well appointed, and modern. We would definitely stay again!!! Thank you jason for everything!

Visit to see kids

I rent a house in boise every other month. This was one of the nicer ones. Owner kept the pool and hot tub open for us even those they usually close it down for the season. My kids had a blast and used the pool on several occasions Would rent this house again in the future.

Christmas week at Pearl on Pomona

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated upon arrival. The communication with the ower was great and they were quick to respond. We were very impressed with how furnished each room was. We stayed for a week and absolutely everything we needed was there. I was able to cook and serve a complete Christmas dinner.. All beds and pillows were high quality and very comfortable. There were tons of spare towels and fuzzy blankets. The home was well stocked will so many extras Ive never seen at any other place rented. The owers put a lot of thought and care into making the home feel comfortable and fun. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone with large groups and children. The location is fantastic and close to absolutely everything. We will definitely be staying here again.
