Some people enjoy vacationing in a cabin in the woods; others prefer a cottage on the beach. Waters Edge offers the best of both worlds with an ideal location nestled in a woodsy neighborhood overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan.

As you enter the house you have an expansive view of the lake visible from nearly every room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, perfect for watching the amazing color changes of the water and sky and giving you a front-row seat to glorious sunsets. The house can accommodate multi-generations for a family gathering, several couples, or a group of friends.

The main floor offers a large gathering area encompassing a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living area plus a cozy sunken den and large screened porch. In addition, there are two bedrooms and two full baths.

Downstairs the lower level has four additional bedrooms, two full baths, a game/TV room, and laundry room. This layout provides space for everyone to be together as well as opportunities for several activities at once. Should you choose to work on a puzzle, play ping pong or a board game, watch a movie, read a book, or simply enjoy the breathtaking views, all of this is possible at Waters Edge.

As comfortable as the inside may be, you will want to take advantage of the private beach, just steps away, as well as the expansive decks accessible from both levels. Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are available for fun in the sun and sand.

A short walk through the woods takes you to two secluded tennis courts. If golf is your passion, there are several fine courses less than 30 minutes away. And if you enjoy shopping, antiquing, or restaurants, the cute harbor town of South Haven is about 8 miles away and Saugatuck/Douglas and St. Joseph are less than a half-hour drive.
