Welcome to Just Havenly, a beautifully designed, newly constructed vacation home ideally located in one of South Haven's most coveted neighborhoods. Perfectly situated just 2–3 blocks from South Beach, the riverfront, and the charming downtown district, this retreat allows you to park the car and enjoy everything by foot—beach days, dining, shopping, and sunsets are all just a short stroll away.

Home Information
Spanning over 4,500 square feet across three levels, this custom home was thoughtfully crafted to offer space, comfort, and elegant style. The main floor features an inviting living room with a cozy gas fireplace and 50" Smart TV with Xfinity, opening via double doors to a charming screened-in porch—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a professional 6-burner range, expansive island with bar seating, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats eight. Also on the main level, you'll find a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a private king primary suite with a Smart TV and luxurious ensuite bath. A spacious mudroom/laundry area at the rear entrance is perfect for dropping sandy shoes and organizing beach gear.

The second floor offers two more beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two full beds—plus two full bathrooms and a bonus lounge/media area with a 50" Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, ideal for movie nights or extra guests.

Downstairs, the fully finished lower level provides yet another comfortable living room with Smart/Xfinity TV, a game room with air hockey table and wet bar, a fifth full bathroom, and a fifth bedroom featuring a king bed and twin built-in bunk beds—a favorite space for kids and teens alike.

Step outside and enjoy an array of well-designed outdoor living spaces. Sip a drink on the classic front porch and watch the neighborhood buzz by, unwind in the screened lounge, or gather under string lights in the professionally landscaped backyard. The backyard also includes a dining table for six, gas grill, and a built-in gas fire pit—perfect for summer evenings under the stars. To make your beach days effortless, we've provided everything you need: a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels—just bring your flip flops.

This beautifully decorated home lives up to the pictures. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Plenty of room for everyone to gather as well have their space. We loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and sitting by the fire pit in the evenings.

Everything we wanted in a vacation home

Perfect location to both town and beach. Our family had plenty of room both inside and out to gather. Kitchen was well appointed and the entire house was clean and comfortable. It made for a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful getaway.

Great week in South Haven!

This property is amazing - and exactly what was listed. It had plenty of space for our group (5 adults and 3 kids) to spread out. The location was great - quick walk to downtown and the beach - and a beautiful yard and porch to relax. We would highly recommend this home!

Fantastic stay in SoHa

Our family stays in South haven each summer as part of our family tradition. We have stayed in a few different places but this one was beyond expectations. Every aspect was excellent, from cleanliness, beautiful decor and everything you would need for a memory making week. We will definitely be booking here again next year!

Everything about this house was perfect. It was immaculate and exactly, if not better, than advertised. Bedding was comfortable, and very well thought out. There are enough bathrooms to accommodate visitors. The kitchen is very well stocked to entertain guests. Beautiful home!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay and this home is perfectly located. First of all the house has everything you could need (even an extra floor fan:) It is super clean! The location to the beach (only 4 blocks) and the location to downtown (3 blacks) was perfect for letting teenagers/college students walk everywhere! Thanks for a great vacation!
