Loved staying at CRF # 10. Accommodations and cleanliness outstanding. Brian easy to work with and very helpful with the general questions we had. Planning to stay there again for two weeks next Summer.

Love this condo!

Our second time here. It’s lovely, right on the river, you can hear the water rushing by. Clean, beautifully furnished and the beds are comfortable! Great hot tub and pool. It’s our sanctuary and we will definitely be back soon:)!!!!

Home away from home

We’ve been staying in Aspen for years, but the last 3 years we stayed in the same condo and it’s been the best experience. Fully stocked, walking distance to everything and mostly a comfortable and clean place!Brian is a great host and easy to communicate with!

Aspen week with friends

Two families with four kids total, perfect setup for everyone. Great time. Hot tub and pool were a great addition. Excellent location by car or RFTA. Would surely stay again.

Awesome Condo

This place was exactly as described. Very walkable to town and the daily housekeeping was great. A bit of a hike if you want to walk to the gondola from here with your boots/gear, but can take the shuttle.

Great place near town

This place is as good, or even better, than the pictures. Dual masters on the lower level, and 2 extra bedrooms upstairs with plenty of privacy and storage space. Quick walk into town and to the lift at Aspen mountain.

Second Stay - Very Pleased

Our family returned to this property for a holiday week in Aspen after having a great experience last time. Everything was just as we remembered - easy access to the mountain and town, seamless communication, and a comfortable and spacious property. We'll be back again!

Beautiful condo - Amazing Views Right Over the River!

My friends and I loved this condo. Very clean and well stocked with modern amenities. Beds were ultra comfortable and the views were truly incredible. Great pool and hot tub. There's really nothing like soak after a long day of adventure. We will absolutely stay here next time we're in Aspen!

First time to Aspen

This property was perfect for our family of four. We loved being right on the river and close to all the amenities in Aspen. It was easy to explore Aspen, Snowmass, Independence Pass, and fish the Roaring Fork River with this as our base. The property is in great condition and the beds were as good as one would find at a luxury hotel. The the hot tub was certainly nice at the end of the day. We want to stay here again!

Wonderful, clean, prime location ski spot

Our boys trip (with granma) of 7 had a great time at this condo. The space was great for us. We were skiing everyday, eating at home after that each day. There was everything we could need. I really liked the comfy bed. Its fairly close to walk to gondola, but with ski boots, its a bit long - especially little ones. We had a car to shuttle back and forth to the bus stop. Its a bit of a long walk as well in boots. Cleaning came in every day which was a wonderful surprise. For location, value, space, we will definitely stay there again in Aspen.

Loved the fireplace and endless supply of firewood. Hot tub and heated pool were also highlights.
