First Chair Lair welcomes you home to your very own cozy mountain retreat! This beautiful two-bedroom, two full bath condo is just perfect for gathering with family and friends. It is located on the fourth floor on the quiet side of the Roseberry building where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the ski mountain and the picturesque Arling Center framed by the West Mountains. Sit and relax in the comfortable living room next to the modern linear gas fireplace or enjoy the tranquil view of the mountains from the step out balcony. Watch the skiers while having a drink or meal on the large, covered patio deck with a high-top table for four. The heart of Village Plaza with Clearwater Coffee, the Village Market, Reserve Fine Dining and many other amenities are just an elevator ride away. This amazing unit features nearly 1,000 square feet of living space. The kitchen comes stocked with full-sized stainless appliances, quartz counters, large center island and all the basic dishes and utensils you’ll need for cooking and entertaining.
