This is a great house! I love having two primary suites (one on each level). There’s plenty of space for everyone with large bedrooms and an extra den upstairs. The backyard is totally private with a huge deck and cozy screened porch.

Great house. Close to everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay. Our Uncle lives 15 minutes away and we were there to visit him. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will diffenetely plan on staying here again when visiting in the future.

Golf Trip

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious for 4 adults. We used this as a home base for a couple days of RTJ golf. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome rental

The house was super clean and spacious. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for everyone. Good location. Home had a good amount of dishes, pans, etc for use. Well maintained home and home owner was quick to anwser any questions I had. Would absolutely rent this home again!

Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 preteen boys. The boys loved the big flat front yard for throwing football. The kitchen is well stocked for big breakfasts before the JSU Game. Jodi quickly responded to any questions we had. Cindy

Golfing buddies

Had a great stay for a weekend of golf with friends. The house and location were great for playing at the RTJ resort which was about 15-20 mins away. The owner was very friendly and the check in/out process was easy. She gave us recommendations for dinner while there.

RTJ golf trip

The house is spacious, well equipped and clean and neat inside and out. It is in a small, quiet and peaceful residential area. It is centrally located to golf, shopping, restaurants and major highways.

This home was far above my expectations. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We had everything we needed and more! None of us wanted to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time, the house was well stopped, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We’ll definitely rent again. The only small problem that we had is that we are a family of coffee drinkers so we really needed a coffee pot with a carafe. Other than that, everything was awesome.

The Goodspeeds

Very nice neighborhood and was quiet and relaxing when we were there. Would definitely recommend this place. If there would be any suggestions is maybe leave a few more trash bags we didnt have alot of trash bags but could have used 1 or 2 more had we been there more time during the days & evenings we stayed and or cooked. We were at the races from early morning to later in evening so ate after we left and before we came back each day.our host was very pleasant and helpful when we needed it.
