This property is one of the nicest VRBO rentals I have stayed in. My family had a wonderful time. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and clean. The check in process was easy. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The front door was wheel-chair accessible, a real plus for our family. The host, Fred, was a wonderful resource and responded to all our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Impressed with the cleanliness. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, and accessories to cook for a large family. Loved that paper towels, garbage bags, and similar items were included. We were thrilled that baby gates were included. There were food and water bowls for our furry family member. The pool was nice and fairly close.

The patio furniture was moldy and dirty, so that we did not feel comfortable sitting on it. The host promptly brought us blankets to put over it, but it should have been clean to start with. Grill was also dirty and host had to clean it for us before we could use it. We enjoyed the pet friendly option. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. Beautiful location! We enjoyed an afternoon shopping in nearby Ligonier.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful location, the pet-friendly accommodations, and the well-stocked kitchen. We sincerely apologize that the patio furniture and grill were not properly cleaned before your arrival. They should have been ready for you from the start. We appreciated the opportunity to address both issues during your stay, and we have since thoroughly cleaned the grill and patio furniture and adjusted our inspection process to help prevent this from happening again. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your time in the Laurel Highlands and your afternoon in Ligonier!

I live and raise my family on this mountain—it’s truly our favorite place in Pennsylvania. I’m a serial entrepreneur and a father, and this business gives me the flexibility to almost never miss a kids’ event while still being available whenever a guest needs something.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I started this business after moving here. We just couldn’t part with our vacation condo—it held too many special memories and was in the location we knew we wanted to settle in after raising our kids. Around the same time, Airbnb was starting to take off as a real business opportunity.

With my background as a contractor and as a local resident, I knew I could offer guests superior properties and a better overall experience. In life, when something is working, I’ve always believed in leaning in and making the most of it. That’s why it made sense to acquire more high-quality properties and grow from there.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are confident that our units are second to none. With our strong local presence and dedication to guest satisfaction, our mission is to ensure that every visitor leaves wanting to return. We are focused on the long-term, and we take all feedback seriously—personally inspecting every issue that arises.
