Step back in time at Holliday House, a classic 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-family home boasting an unbeatable location right in Downtown Glenwood Springs!
Named for its adjacency to the historic Doc Holliday Trail, this home offers ultimate convenience for exploring the town, dining, and hot springs—all within a short walk.

Cozy Comfort & Convenient Layout:

This charming home is laid out simply for comfort and easy living:
Sleeping: Three cozy bedrooms accommodate your group: two Queen bedrooms and one room with two Twin beds.
Dining: Enjoy family meals or game nights in the separate dining room.
Amenities: Features one full bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes. This charming house in Glenwood Springs was well equipped for our family visit to the area. Plenty of dishes for quick meal prep and even a dining area that can easily accommodate 8 or more (we only had 3 in our group though). The bedrooms were as described, two rooms with queen sized beds and one room with two single/twin beds. This home has enough space for 6 humans who are ok w/shared sleeping spaces. The living room area was comfy and nice to chill and watch TV, chat or read in. Our host, Kenny, was SUPER responsive and made sure we were able to get checked in and had everything we needed and were comfortable. The home is VERY close to "main street" or the tourist area of Glenwood, and also close to some great trails (a nice but could be slightly challenging for those not used to elevation) and historic sights. Definitely would recommend this VRBO as a great place in Glenwood, with a great host!

Family trip

The house is nice and cute. Very close to all downtown amenities and very very close to the Doc Holliday graveside hike. We loved the private backyard. It gave us a great little escape and place to relax while grilling dinner.

The Best!

The cutest house with plenty of room. Location is terrific. Up a few blocks from the main street bustle but everything is walkable. We will stay here again.

Quaint neighborhood

Location is perfect - we could walk to everything we wanted to do. Was roomy enough for five adults. Neighbor cat visited daily to say hi. Host was great about communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Older house with nice updates, quiet neighborhood. No A/C was a little challenging for our August trip, but we knew that going in. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Recommend the Doc Holliday trail two blocks away. City Market grocery about half a mile away. Will stay here again on any future Glenwood Springs trip.

Host was super accommodating with everything we needed in the kitchen to make yummy meals from morning tea and coffee to baking pizzas or a steak on the barbie bbq and wanted to come home and chillax from so many adventures!. We had the most fun that we added another day. :) From morning coffee and yoga in the back yard to walks with amazing views and short walk or drive to all the fun down town! If you want to relax in a cozy home check this out. Thanks for our family memories!

Comfortable, Clean and in a Good Location

The house is located in a lovely neighborhood. I found the home to be very comfortable and peaceful. The home was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Great location for all things in historic downtown Glenwood. Do watch out for the driveway’s rockwall it curves & is difficult to see in the dark.

Family summer vacation

The house was in a great location. Walked to all the downtown attractions. Beds were good. Nice and clean. Appliances worked great and seemed brand new. Couch is dangerously comfortable. Had fun and enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioning

Property was nice. Would not have rented knowing there was no air conditioning. House was in the high 80’s during daytime and high 70’s at night. It was miserable!! Should have been the first thing stated about this property

Great house!!

We felt at home! The house was clean and so comfortable! Tastefully decorated. Every amenity was covered. The owners stay in touch, and respond promptly for questions. Unlike other properties, we weren’t expected to basically do all cleaning like stripping beds etc etc. despite the cleaning fee. But of course we still cleaned up and started dishwasher. It was an amazing vacation!!
