The Space:

Step out onto the private beach path and feel the salt air hit you before you've even unpacked. At 21 Ocean Club on South Forest Beach Drive, the Atlantic isn't a backdrop - it's your front yard. The newly refreshed swimming pool sits just outside your back door, glinting in the South Carolina sun, and the sand is less than a minute's walk away through the complex's exclusive private path.



The space

Spread across two floors, the villa offers a thoughtfully laid-out living area on the main level, complete with a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room on the main floor means you can pack lighter and stay longer. The villa received a full interior refresh in 2024 - new furnishings, updated flooring, and fresh paint throughout give the space a clean, polished feel from the moment you walk in.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a king bed, ideal for a restful night after a long day on the beach. Bedroom 2 is set up with two double beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. Back downstairs, the living room pull-out sleeper sofa adds a fourth sleeping option, bringing total capacity to 6 guests.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen comes fully stocked for home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishes you'll need. Pull up a chair at the dining table and enjoy a meal in, or use the kitchen as your base before heading out to explore Pope Avenue's restaurant scene nearby.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms have been renovated. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, giving you a clean, spa-like start to each morning. A bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water are also available across the bathrooms.



Outdoor & extras

Take your pick between the pool just outside and the beach a short stroll away. The complex's private path to the beach means no crowded public access points - just a direct route to the shoreline. Beach essentials are provided, including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear. A patio or balcony adds an outdoor perch to enjoy the warm Hilton Head evenings. Parking is available directly in front of the villa.



Location

21 Ocean Club sits in the Forest Beach area - one of Hilton Head's most sought-after coastal neighborhoods. Coligny Plaza is nearby for shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences. The area offers the full Hilton Head experience: natural beauty, accessible beaches, and easy access to everything the island has to offer.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
