This 2-story updated villa is not just gorgeous and comfy, it is in walking/biking distance of shopping, dining, bike trails and you can be on the beach in the blink of an eye. And, the owners have filled the outdoor storage area with chairs and beach toys for your use. On-site pool!

Be sure to bring the steaks so you can put your master griller skills to use on the gas grill and prepare a feast to enjoy outdoors on the patio. If you prefer to dine inside, there is a wonderful and fully-equipped kitchen for brewing the morning coffee, packing a picnic basket for the beach, or whipping up a tasty meal to enjoy at the dining table. The open plan on the main floor includes the kitchen (with laundry area), living and dining areas. The furnishings are beachy and comfy, so you have the perfect setting for curling up with a good book, or hosting movie and game nights!

Upstairs is where you will find two spacious bedrooms. The primary en suite has a king bed and lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest en suite has 2 full beds and bathroom with tub/shower. Did I mention these beds are sooooo comfortable?
