Accommodating up to 17 guests, The Yellowstone House includes 4 king suites (each with a private bathroom) and a unique custom-built bunk room with 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower areas.

Each bedroom is outfitted with new Casper mattresses to ensure a rejuvenating sleep. Enjoy the convenience of private full bathrooms, and take in outdoor views through 8-foot sliding glass doors that lead to your own private deck. Blackout curtains provide uninterrupted sleep, while smart TVs in every room let you catch up on your favorite shows.

The master bedroom stands out with its generous space, featuring a comfortable couch for relaxation. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower with dual showerheads and a freestanding bathtub for ultimate indulgence.

The chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner stove, double oven, and dual refrigerators with bottom freezers. Designed with reclaimed barnwood and oak accents, the kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. The island seats 6 at the bar, with an additional dining table for 10.

A dual pantry and laundry room help keep your supplies organized and accessible. This space includes two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom-built bunk room is perfect for families or friends, featuring three queen beds below, three twin beds above, a private bathroom, smart TV, and outdoor access. It’s an ideal retreat for late-night fun and shared moments.


The expansive circular driveway of The Yellowstone House is not just a grand entrance but also a practical feature for guests with trailers and outdoor gear. Designed for easy maneuvering, the driveway accommodates vehicles of all sizes. For electric vehicle owners, Tesla chargers are available upon request. Enjoy peace of mind knowing every detail has been considered to enhance your stay at our secluded haven in Island Park, Idaho. Please be aware that we are approximately 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
