One Family...Three Generations! Welcome to our crest of the hill, 3BR 2.5Bath, Single Family Home. Minutes to FAMU,FSU, the Airport, Capitol & Downtown. A retreat for all seasons. Relax & unwind as you step inside this clean and spacious home that comfortably sleeps eight! This home is perfect for remote work, couples, or friends looking for an escape in the city.
Our base rate and pricing are set for up to (4) guests. Extra guests: $25 per night each. Max of (8) registered guests overnight.

I didn't choose my neighborhood...it chose me! Built by my grandparents, this has always been my home away from home. It's as much a part of me as I am of it. Our neighbors are our friends and share a history of being third and even fourth generation homeowners. This home is a reflection of my past, my present and our family's future.

We are a community of 4 streets. Our homes are all pretty spectacular to us. I'd say what makes our quiet neighborhood stand out is our residents. Not to mention, we are in close proximity to the heartbeats of the city...Colleges, Capital, Downtown, the Airport- most of which are within 10 minutes of our home.
