****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Welcome to Heron Harbour, one of the top vacation rental destinations in Ocean City. This amazing development is close to the beach yet far enough away that you aren't bothered by the noise and crowds on Coastal Highway. The area is perfect for those of you who want to be able to go for quiet walks and bike rides while not being worried about cars racing past you. The large outdoor pool and kiddie pool are perfect for cooling off on those warm summer days. The neighborhood provides easy access to many great restaurants and bars such as Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach, Lombardi's, Crab Cake Factory and Higgins Crab House to name a few. There is also easy access to a local gym and multiple supermarkets!

Newly purchased in 2024, the new owners have made extensive changes to the unit. You'll love the fresh paint, new flooring and multiple new furnishings including new twin beds in the third bedroom. The kitchen has newer appliances and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi. The large balcony will be your favorite place to relax after your fun-filled day as you take in the water views of the canal and bay!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is off 120th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
