The private dock and no wake cove, provides a perfect swimming spot and place to tie up your boat for easy storage during your stay. There is a neighborhood boat ramp two blocks away for easy access. Spend the day in the water or sitting on the dock soaking up the sun with a good book. Inside, challenge your family and friends to a game of pool in the game-room, which also serves as the bunk-room featuring four custom-made bunk beds with safety rails, board games, and a smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The large covered deck, with ceiling fans, has ample seating for outdoor dining and relaxation year-round. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the wildlife wake up all around you or the stunning sunsets in the evenings. Keep your eye out for eagles, herons, ducks, geese, and bass jumping out of the water. Your cooking options include a propane grill for a family cookout and a well-equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances for preparing treasured family recipes. Gather around the fire pit for s’mores and storytelling. Afterwards, go for a soothing soak in your 5 person hot tub, which is professionally maintained for your peace of mind and reliability. While you enjoy the hot tub, your children can enjoy a movie, board games, or some billiards in the game-room. When your evenings come to a close, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a restful nights sleep.

Lake Anna State Park is less than a 10 mile drive with plenty of activities, from hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Additionally, Pendleton Golf Club and King's Dominion Amusement Park are a short drive for a family outing. For the boat enthusiasts Lake Anna offers plenty of boat accessible restaurants to enjoy.

All new bedding, fresh paint, and freshly cleaned for a wonderful getaway! Our professional cleaning service makes sure the property is clean and sanitized in-between each booking. Additionally, we conduct a thorough walk-through to make sure the home is clean, stocked, and in order. All bedding is sanitized in-between bookings for your comfort and peace of mind.

Accommodations include a covered deck, grill, hot tub, private waterfront dock in a no wake cove, game-room with pool table, private driveway, free parking, plus free Wi-Fi.

Facilities available at ‘Just Lake N It’ include air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, and utility room with washer and dryer for your convenience. Fresh bath towels and bed linens are provided for 10 guests. In addition, there is a Smart TV in the living room, primary bedroom, and bunk-room with cable channels and streaming capabilities.
