The space
For your comfort, we offer king size beds by Helix Sleep with luxurious bedding and bath linens by Standard Textile. Our soaps, shampoo and conditioner are by Public Goods. If you choose to cook, the renovated kitchen comes fully stocked.

Once you're rested and cleaned, in short walking distance you have numerous music and food options, including Vaughn's, Bacchanal, Bar Redux, Jack Dempsey's, Parleux Beer Lab, The Joint, BJ's Lounge, Malimo Coffee, Bywater Bakery and Elizabeth's. Plus numerous more in Bywater with a short bike ride or rideshare – not to miss for foodies are N7, Saint-Germain and Paladar 511. Then of course the French Quarter and the Marigny are right next door as well.

If you are new to New Orleans you should be aware that our neighborhoods are different than most places in the USA. There are colorful characters roaming the streets and our houses are close together, indeed our wonderful home shares a wall with the next door neighbors. They have a sweet dog who will usually greet you from inside her house as you walk up our front steps. And just across the street is the neighborhood fire department, so you might hear them as they head to their work, or see them as they wash their fire engines. These peculiarities are all things we celebrate in New Orleans, and we hope you enjoy them as you become part of our neighborhood family for the duration of your stay.

Access is via electronic lock and you will receive access instructions the day of arrival.

Other things to note
Early check-in/late check-out policy: We're happy to provide a late check-out if we don't have guests arriving the same day. Likewise with an early check-in, provided we don't have guests departing the same day. Please confirm your request when you receive your access instructions. Even if we can't offer an early check-in/late check-out we are happy to allow you to store your luggage at the house while the cleaning crew is finishing their work.
