This one story house is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action, offering modern amenities and a convenient location. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you're planning a beach day, a trip to Wilmington or Myrtle Beach, or take a short drive to Oak Island or Southport beaches, all go to Starbucks or restaurants, you are in a middle of all.

3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms new house. Open concept kitchen &dining room and living room.

The passcode will be sent as soon as the house is cleaned and ready

Can text at any reasonable times

Quiet area in new subdivisions.

Great location! 8-10 mins to oak island Or Southport beaches. 30-40 mins to Wilmington Or myrtle beach. 1-2 mins away Starbucks, Lowe’s & Food lion, CVS & Walgreens and multiple restaurants.

Clean House, Great Location!

My wife and I had a great stay at Southport Pearl! The house was super clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It's centrally located between downtown Southport and Caswell Beach (about a 10 minute drive to either), and there are several grocery stores nearby. Check in-out was easy, and Tanya was a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Great off-beach location

Every one of us was pleased with the stay. Very relaxing. Quiet community. Walked the loop around the neighborhood in the mornings, and got out in the street throwing the football with my two younger children. Visited around Oak Island while we were here.

Wow!! Recommended A CLEAN!

The host is very fast at responding and really goes out of the way to make sure our stay was the best ever. The house is a new built and everything inside is new and very clean. I cannot emphasize on the cleanliness of this house, extra towels and a fully stocked kitchen made our stay amazing. This house will be number one on our list for when we come to this area. This house is very big and spread out once you get inside we really love the open floor plan with the kitchen and living room and the master bedroom is unbelievable. A

Perfect place for me!

Family Trip

The Southport Pearl was exactly as listed. Its a very cute house that was easy to find, clean and comfy. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. There were a few beach chairs and beach towels provided. We had everything we needed. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Third bedroom bed is very, very firm. The location is great. The construction makes it difficult to get out but thats temporary. I highly recommend this property.
