Welcome to Blue Haven! A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Downtown Southport, walking distance to the Waterfront and Southport Marina! Completely updated with fresh new paint, new flooring and furnishings! Come relax and unwind in this adorable condo in the quiet community at the Village of Southport. We have parking for your boat (under 25'), a community pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi and covered parking. Take the ferry to Bald Head Island or Fort Fisher, spend the day on the beach or charter a local fishing boat! There's so much to do in Southport, you will want to come back often!

Perfect place for the family to relax when we weren’t at the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was helpful with meals and pool was a great to get some additional time in the water. Porch and elevator were a bonus.

The condo was a wonderful home base for our weekend in Southport and Oak Island. It was well stocked, quiet, and comfortable, and we loved the soothing decor that was inviting but not cluttered. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels in each bathroom. It was also an easy to walk to the shops and waterfront. We wouldn’t have changed a thing and would love to stay there again.

Lovely Condo in great location

Condo was pretty, comfortable and well-equipped. Short walk to the waterfront and downtown. We loved it and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location for us - close to family

This was our 2nd stay. We loved it. It is 2 mins driving time to our family so it makes getting together super easy. Great condo.

Wonderful location

Our 2nd time staying here and just as lovely as before. This condo is well situated to downtown Southport and only a few minutes drive to the ferry or Oak Island. Owner has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet community and very comfortable bed for sleeping. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful!

This condo was such a perfect slice of beach life in the comfort of Southport. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed and SO comfortable! We had such a great visit and it was within walking distance of so much. The community pool was incredibly charming and relaxing. We will be back!

Perfect Condo in Southport

Quiet condo community in downtown Southport. Walkable to shops, restaurants and riverfront. Very clean and nicely decorated home. Comfortable set up and well stocked kitchen. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Get away with the kids

It is exactly as it looks in the picture. We walked to all the restaurants daily, only took 10ish minutes. The place has everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful everything was clean well taken care of any questions we had the host answered immediately. Check-in was easy check out was easy. My only complaint is our time went so fast. We enjoyed it so much. We will be sure to book again.

Convenient, quiet stay in lovely corner of Southport

My brother and his wife, my husband and I, all over 75, had a lovely visit with our other brother in Southport.,thanks to your lovely property. We noted that the kitchen needed a few inexpensive additions and the bathtubs needed grab bars for such an seasoned crew of vacationers. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay. Perhaps the best amenity was the really quiet and efficient elevator which helped us avoid the stairs unless we wanted to use them. Great place.

Needs upgrades

Broken living room blinds so no privacy. No bath soap or shampoo provided. No shaving mirror …no handhold for safety to get into shower. The bed linens were cheap poly blend scratchy and miserable and pillows were cheap foam chunks and poly fill. Very uncomfortable. Problem with dishwasher. The unit was very clean and good location.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Haven! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved having two bathrooms. It was extremely clean and so very cozy. We will definitely be back!

The marina, the retail shops and restaurants on Howe St. like Mr. P's Bistro, Cafe Koa; or the waterfront restaurants like Oliver's, Frying Pan, Fishy Fishy and so many more! There's so much to do in Southport and it's a wonderful place to relax and unwind! The character of Southport will take you back to a simpler place and time where everyone waves to you as you walk amongst the large live oaks and stroll by the water.
