1 Bed 1 Bath 1970's completely remodeled railroad section housing. We love our city and are excited to share a tiny bit of Rock Springs history! A two minute drive from 1-80 and a 15 min drive from airport. Clean and quiet. Located in a privately owned mobile home community. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pet friendly!

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

House-trained cats & dogs only. Max of 2 pets. Owners must clean up any pet waste.
$50 per stay. Excessive cleaning may result in additional cleaning fees of $100.
No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs. If you smoke in the property, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least $500.
No parties. If you have a party, that can result in immediate eviction without a refund.
