Brinkley’s Place – 2 BR 2 Baths

Come relax & enjoy spectacular sunsets on the open water from this clean & updated cabin at mid-lake, just south of the Pendleton bridge & LA Hwy 6. You can swim or fish from the private dock or launch your boat to ski, tube or fish from the community boat launch. Bring your charcoal or propane bottle to cook your gourmet meals outdoors on the combo smoker/grill. There’s even a large stone fire pit to enjoy making s’mores when the sun goes down.
Brinkley’s Retreat will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame. Brinkley’s Retreat is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
There is a boathouse on the property, but the boat lift is NOT available for use. Thanks for your understanding.

By your confirmation, guests booking Brinkley’s Retreat are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
