The place was beautiful and our host was super helpful with any questions I had. Even helped to coordinate a massage therapist who could come to the apartment.

It was a very comfortable unit. Regina, the property manager, was very accommodating and helpful. The lanai was amazing with beautiful views of the beach and pool area. Amazing sunsets!! The beach lounge chairs and umbrellas/palapas were great to have use of. And the pool was wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Spring Break getaway!

The views were amazing we also got to see whales! The people managing and working there were amazing and friendly! Definitely on the books for another trip.

The location and view is spectacular. Lots of furniture inside and out on balcony for viewing the beaches and dolphins. Condo was clean. However the condo could be updated for the cost of the stay. Regina property manager was excellent with help with extras like tours. We did have a full tour with Josephina from Enjoy Puerto Vallarta Travel Agency and it was the best guide we have ever had. Josephina is amazing. 2 weeks with great weather. Definitely recommend this condo and will be coming back. Lorrie April 25 2026.

Relax by the beach

Our family really enjoyed staying at this condo. It it located right on the beach and the kids loved the pool. Convenient location right by a bus stop. A great option for a family.

The best view, sunsets and relaxation on the beach

The condominium is a comforting place, very clean and with all the necessary services, the best being its panoramic view (sunrises and sunsets) from its balcony.

Quiet Relax

The unit is as described. Location is away from restaurants and stores, transport required to go for anything needed but if it’s quiet and nice beach you want this is the place.

Amazing!! I would score it higher if I could. The pictures and description do not do this place justice. We had everything we needed for this trip; from beach towels, towels, fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need. We didn’t cook, but I went through everything and they were very thorough supplying the kitchen, even had glass food storage. Pool on sight and cleaned every morning. Beach is a walk up- amazing Playa Esmeralda. Take your snorkel gear. We didn’t take ours, but bought one for my son and there were plenty of fish on the rocks without having to stray far from the beach. If a had questions, they responded very quickly- Regina was amazing!!! The home was truly amazing. We were right in the middle of the two areas we wanted to visit. There aren’t a vast selection of restaurants around, but we did go to Girasol for breakfast- not bad having breakfast Oceanside. But we were 15 minutes from Zona Romántica in PV and also from Boca de Tomatlán. We would definitely come back!!! Thank you for the amazing accommodation. Our family loved it.

Absolutely beautiful!

Was a great stay at Sierra del Mar. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favourite for having coffee and watching the whales and dolphins. Beds were comfortable, sleeping was peaceful listening to the waves. Beautiful pool and lots of space. The kids had a great time and were able to connect to wifi, which was great. Location was difficult at the beginning as we didn’t realize the difference in getting groceries in Mexico. Definitely take Regina up on having groceries ready for you when you arrive. There are lots of fantastic restaurants in the area, definitely check them out! We spent most of our time at the pool and ocean, so lovely to have the walk out and be so close. Everything was very secure and staff were helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Our StayWe enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view, pool, and beach access are beautiful, and the beds and outdoor furniture are comfortable. The complex feels very safe, and the grocery service before arrival is highly recommended for a smooth and relaxing check-in.Regina is very kind and responsive, which makes communication easy and pleasant.Areas for ImprovementThe condo would benefit from more attention to detail. The cabinets need better cleaning, and the dishes and glasses are mismatched and limited. Some kitchen utensils are missing, there are not enough dishcloths, and basic spices would be a nice addition.The outdoor fan and living room lamp are not working, and the TV in the secondary bedroom is missing. Towels are limited for longer stays, and bedrooms facing the street can be noisy. A deep cleaning, especially in the main bathroom, would be helpful. An information binder with house rules, appliance instructions, and local recommendations would also improve the guest experience.Overall, the condo has great potential, and with a few improvements, it could be even more e jouable.

It also means a lot that you highlighted the communication and the grocery service, I always strive to make arrivals smooth and stress-free :) Regarding your comments: The TV setup: we do not offer a television in the secondary bedroom, as indicated in the listing. The main living area includes the primary TV for shared use and the main bedroom. Towels: we provide the number of towels according to the number of registered guests, as specified in the property description. Additionally, guests have access to the washer and dryer, which allows for convenient laundering during longer stays. I will review the cabinet cleaning and overall kitchen inventory to improve organization and consistency with dishes, glassware, and utensils. Maintenance will inspect the outdoor fan and living room lamp to ensure everything is functioning properly. We will also reinforce deep-cleaning standards, particularly in the main bathroom. Your suggestion about a more detailed information binder is also appreciated, and I will consider enhancing the in-unit guidance to further improve the guest experience.
