Great Place Near the Beach

Great Family Retreat!

We had a great time staying in this very clean home in a great location. Just minutes from the beach and about 30 minutes to Siesta Key beach. Very quiet neighborhood. I have zero complaints

Just right!

This home was wonderful for us, and so close to manasota beach. The pool and back yard were perfect and private. The house is well laid out and comfortable for a family. We would love to book this rental again!

Wonderful!

We were 3 adults and 3 kids (8, 3, 6 months). We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We spent the week before at Disney so we spent all of our time in the pool (we payed to have it heated-highly recommend) and at the beach. We were able to walk to the beach easily. It was a lot of fun finding shark teeth. We used DoorDash a lot since it's easier with the kids and never once had a bad meal. The home itself is exactly as pictured and decorated very nicely. The only thing we needed were more wash cloths but not a big deal. We are going on a cruise next year or I would be requesting to book again! Thank you for everything!

Perfect Vacation

My family of 4 had the absolute best vacation while staying at this beautiful home! It is in a quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets and yards…it made us feel like we were in a secluded area. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We cooked in the large well-stocked kitchen and grilled outside multiple times during our stay. We have been to rentals before where it seemed as though the furniture and kitchen items were someone’s leftover camping gear…not so in this house. Everything was high quality and made us truly feel like we were in a well cared for home. There was also a nice supply of extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The house was extremely clean, and I appreciated having access to a broom and vacuum to keep it that way during our visit. We also loved the tile floors throughout which made sandy floor cleanups super quick and easy. The beds were comfy and the linens were soft and plentiful. The pool was amazing and definitely made the vacation extra fun for my kids. It was so clean and we paid to have it heated so night time swimming was pleasant. There is a screened pool cage to keep critters out, which also made dining on the outdoor table enjoyable…no mosquitoes or flies near your food! Having our own garage on vacation was also awesome. Our vehicle was secure at night and there was a perfect drop zone for sandy beach toys so we never had to bring anything into the home. The house is in an excellent location with several delicious restaurants and plenty of beach locations within a short driving distance. The property managers have left a very inclusive binder in the home with lists of restaurants, local beaches and things to do in the area. Overall, this trip ranks at the top of all of our vacations. This home created a perfect foundation leading to a perfect vacation!

Private Paradise

The house was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. The pool and outdoor patio was a great place to relax and enjoy. Even had a grill for outside barbequing. Property was very close to the beaches...only a 5 min drive. I wouldnt have a problem returing for another vacation. Just loved it!

Peaceful Getaway.

The property was exactly as listed. The pool was amazing and our favorite part. We spent most of our days in the pool but also enjoyed sitting on the lanai listening to the silence and sounds of nature. The inside was spacious and the master suite was enormous.

Good family house

Place was nice and spacious. Pool was great to have on the hot days. 7 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. Make sure you go to the Sand Bar restaurant! Food id fantastic.

Amazing time with family

We stayed for 8 nights with my wife two kids 12,14 and my retired parents. Place was super clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, baths, walk or 3 minutes drive to beach. Very responsive owner, plenty of fun and great memories. Thank you!!!

Great Beach House

This house is in a great location close to all the beaches. Located on a dead end street so it’s very quiet. The neighbors were very quiet and nice. The house comes well equipped with all your beach needs and two bikes. The pool and screened lanai are a great bonus. Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. It was such a relaxing spot to come home to.

Loved the area

We had a great time at our stay at this property, the kids loved the pool and it was a very short one-two minute drive to the beach where we collected over 200 sharks teeth, saw a manatee, a sea turtle, and multiple inland turtles! Can’t wait to come back again

Airy, spacious, comfortable

Great location, walk to beach, nice high ceilings, well laid out, spacious, comfortable, quiet, pool immaculate. Watch for bobcat at about 4 pm in backyard.
