***Attention: Balcony restoration and other construction is ongoing at this building and will continue through 2025, expect to hear noise from the construction during your stay. No estimated dates have been given for when balcony work will begin on this unit. Please know that if your booked dates fall in line with the unit's scheduled renovations, we may need to move your reservation to an alternative unit or property. The nightly has been discounted for these inconveniences. We appreciate your understanding!***
Seagate 307 is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo that accommodates 8 guests. Enjoy the comfort and fresh décor along with the beautiful views of the Gulf! The balcony is oceanfront and will supply the relaxation you're looking for while on vacation. The sunsets are amazing so bring your drink and enjoy. This unit is fully equipped with everything you need to stay in, make dinner, and enjoy a movie night, or pack up the beach wagon and head to the sand. Location and comfort will make this the vacation spot you'll want to return to year after year.
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig duo, kettle, spices, cookware, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Beverage Nook: Beverage refrigerator, stemware, cocktail glasses, and games.
Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs and 4 under-counter stools.
Living Room: Sofa sleeper, loveseat, TV & console table, coffee table, 2 end tables, chair, ceiling fan, large sliding doors to gulf front balcony which has 6 chairs and 3 end tables.
Bedroom #1: The master has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a TV, a dresser, a chair, a ceiling fan, and a balcony entrance to the Gulf front.
Bedroom #2: 2 Queen-size beds, Jack n Jill door to the guest bathroom, TV, dresser, nightstand, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, TV, nightstand, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #1: Double vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
Bathroom #2: Double vanity sink and standing shower. No tub.
Laundry Closet: Washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, and 10 beach towels.
Beach Garage: 10 beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and 2 umbrellas.
*This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator on site.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: You have 1 assigned parking space. There is no additional guest parking at this time.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
