Experience the quintessential San Diego lifestyle in this spacious, multi-level Pacific Beach retreat — just four blocks from the sand and a short stroll to the heart of town. Perfect for families or groups, this home blends comfort, flexibility, and plenty of outdoor living spaces.

On the first floor, a versatile bedroom with a queen Murphy bed opens onto a private patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living room with plush seating, a large TV, and a luxury queen pull-out sofa. Step onto the street-facing patio for people-watching and grilling, or prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen — a chef's dream — and gather around the large dining table. A king bedroom on this floor offers ultimate comfort.

The third floor is a private retreat with a king bedroom, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. The private balcony on this level provides the perfect spot to soak up the San Diego sun.

With three patios, a private garage, AC throughout, and access to beach cruisers and gear, this home offers everything you need for a relaxed and luxurious coastal getaway.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This house was perfect for our family of 6! It had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, walking distance to family friendly restaurants and bars if we could have gotten away from the kids, could walk to the beach, etc! In the garage they had beach wagon eith toys, bikes, ice chests, chairs and even a vacuum to clean the sand out of your vehicle! I was impressed with that!The living room had a bunch of games we utilized to play as a family when we were done with our day activities. Like uno, head bands, playing cards and more. Books to read, etc! The beds were incredibly comfortable too. They really thought of everything with this one! I would absolutely book this house again if we ever go back to the area!I forgot to mention the check in and check out were very easy and the management was easy to contact with qurstions. Oh, and of course, the fact that there is a garage to park in was the icing on the cake! Since most of the area is strictly street parking, I really appreciated that!

Safe, walkable, and family-friendly. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and was a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Worked out well for our family - we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful peaceful stay

This Home is beautiful and the layout worked For my team and adult children along with myself. The neighborhood is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and the beach! But also close proximity for a short drive to many other sites. Property management was very responsive when a minor issue came up and had the issue corrected quickly. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back

Access to All

Check in was super simple. Home is conveniently located to the beach with a Sprouts just down the street that you can walk to in addition to all the independent local shops. All the beach toys, games, chairs, towels were there for us to enjoy. Kitchen was well equipped & we appreciated that coffee was supplied. Would def stay here again!

Great house in a great location

We loved this location in Pacific Beach. It was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. It was also close enough to walk to the beach. When we needed to go travel around other parts of San Diego, it was close enough to the freeways too. We totally enjoyed our stay at this home.

Beautiful house, great location

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood but only 3 blocks from the beach and very close to restaurants. The house is very modern, the kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need.
