-The pool is open until 10 PM and glass is not allowed in the pool.
-In case of loss of key, an additional fee will be charged for its replacement.
-In case of a late check out without the consent of the host we may charge up to 50% of the last night rate.
We recommend leaving the windows closed to avoid condensation in the air-conditioned flat. Also as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature will possibly incur an additional charge.
-One vehicle is allowed per booking, in the case of units A and B two vehicles may be allowed one behind the other.

Views were good, parking was tight but grateful for it. Needed two door keys as one key is needed to keep the lights on in the apartment. If someone goes to the store while others stay, it becomes a problem.

Nice ocean view and great location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The accommodations were within walking distance to some restaurants. Our favorite for Panamanian cuisine was Brazas. There was also fast food (McDonald’s and Carl’s Jr.). Two supermarkets were within walking distance, Super 99 (5 min walk), El Rey (10 min walk). In addition there were more restaurants to choose from within a 10 min drive. The area was safe and quiet. The view from the condo is exactly as described with a nice ocean view. The security and host were very attentive and responded quickly to inquiries. Overall, the stay was very nice and we would recommend this location and host.

Poor Communication

No bed spread in 2nd bedroom. Only one key fob, we were 2 guests. They told us to contact you for 2nd fob and you never responded to the messages from us or from VRBO. A small coffee maker would be nice and newer towels. Overall the place was good the front desk guy was amazing. Clean up your communication and add a few amenities and it's great place to stay.

The basics of this high rise apartment were fine. Security was great, you can catch ubers easily in a convenient neighborhood, the pool and gym areas were great. There were a few things that would be easily solved ahead of guests arriving that could make the stay much better. A good mopping of the floors (including the laundry area) would be helpful. There was a smell of insecticide when we arrived and the next day and days after we did see small roaches around - not an infestation - but a handful which in my opinion is too many. The coffee pot was broken. The door knobs on two of the rooms were also broken. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. None of the lamps worked - they are decorative but not operable. There are no cleaning items of any sort, not even a spray to wipe down counters or a spill so you will need to bring everything - including trash bags or a good kitchen cleaning soap. The guy who greeted us was very friendly though. We didn't bother complaining as it was our first trip there and we didn't want to be spoilers but we visited some friends who stayed elsewhere and we would likely do the same next time. Panama is absolutely AWESOME.

The pros - stunning views, wonderful location and great security. The cons-My husband & I took our 3 children (ages 2, 5, & 7) for an 8 day stay. Every room in the apartment (including the main living space) has very large windows that open to the outside (no screen). At 29 stories high & no childproof locks on the windows, this made us very uneasy. The lock/doorknob on the balcony is the same. A curious child could easily climb upon a small table & fall out of the window if opened. The apartment was so dirty that our kids feet were black after the first morning. Maintenance did send someone to clean it again after our first day, but it was not very helpful. I guess there were too many layers of dirt. Even the one roll paper towels provided were filthy. The 2nd bathroom couldn’t be used because the shower head is full of mold. There was mold in other areas of both bathrooms, as well. We easily killed 30 roaches during our stay. Our kids were scared to go into the apartment, so my husband would go in first to kill the roaches before we entered. This was addressed twice, but were told by the maintenance supervisor that they knew they had a roach problem. This should have been disclosed before our stay.The mattress in the master bedroom is more like a hammock & someone had to come fix the tv twice for lack of signal & WiFiThe staff was kind, but the issues were never fully remedied. The pictures make this space look updated and clean. It’s neither. :(
