Excellent accommodation if you enjoy tranquility, comfort, and a convenient location, with plenty of space for everyone in the family. Very close to Omar Park, the city's green lung, where you can stroll and admire nature. Also close to Panama City's most luxurious shopping center, Multiplaza Mall, is ideal for shopping, dining, or watching movies. We offer a variety of tourist attractions to make your stay in the country unforgettable. The apartment has parking and an elevator.

This fully-equipped apartment features two bedrooms with queen and king beds, two bathrooms, and a small terrace to enjoy the city views. It also has a sofa bed, a TV with Netflix, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, a coffee maker, and a microwave. There is an elevator in the building and the apartment has one parking space available. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

You can access the property using an electronic lock.

One block away {La Bodega mi Amiga}, next to Popeye and Burger King, in front a McDonald's, Omar Park approximately 500m away if you like to exercise or have children it is a place you will enjoy and can play freely without danger of city traffic, access to main roads, 24-hour Wi-Fi, many restaurants in the area.

The place was as advertised. A few small issues. The AC in the main bedroom definitely needs servicing. The hot water never lasted more than a few minutes in the shower. So your showers always ended up freezing cold. The assigned parking is extremely small, and possibly the most difficult to park in the basement. The owner speaks no English, fortunately his wife can. If you're just looking for a place to sleep in a central area, its not bad.

Entry to the parking garage and apartment were well explained. It was clean and spacious! We had an issue with the gas alarm and the owner was quick to respond. It was perfect for our visit to Panama City!
The view from the balcony was beautiful!
The parking spot was small and in the front corner, so I would recommend practicing your parking skills prior to arriving!

The air conditioning was effective. The view was not great and there was a considerable amount of street noise. We had access to an assigned parking space, but we didn't have a vehicle. Good thing that we didn't, because on at least two occasions someone parked in our assigned spot. This would have been awkward if we had rented a car for a few days. The linens, kitchen and bathrooms were clean above the floor. However, the floors were dirty and appeared not to have been mopped between several customers. Alberto and his wife were friendly as were the other building occupants. My biggest complaint was the constant door slamming from apartment 3C. I didn't say anything, because I believe that's where Alberto, the landlord lived. It's difficult for me to believe that they didn't know they were slamming their door. Perhaps, they didn't realize how extremely disruptive that was. The condo was actually located in Carrasquilla not San Francisco as advertised. It depends on your expectations, but I personally wouldn't rebook here.

Spacious, comfortable lodging well-located in San Francisco

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is well-located in the San Francisco neighborhood. It is attractively decorated, with a delightful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Many excellent restaurants are nearby. Your host, Alberto, responds quickly to requests.

Great Support From Albert and Wife

My wife and I stayed for one month in Albert’s apartment. It was exactly like we saw in the photos and we enjoyed our time there. If we needed something Albert and his wife were always there quickly to assist us.

Great place and safe location

Property was as described, A/C in every room, very clean, full kitchen so we could eat in as near a grocery store and bakery, Alberto quickly responded to questions, would highly recommend. Safe neighborhood was important. Thanks, Alberto!
