Unique luxury accommodations near Yosemite National Park. Brand new, high end construction on 60 acres with spectacular views. Each of the five bedrooms is a private suite, with ensuite bath, soaking tub and private patio with unobstructed views. Beautiful living & dining area with open kitchen. Expansive patio area for outdoor dining and socializing. Relax and enjoy the view from the swim spa and hot tub. Individual room bookings listed separately. (Please ask for special event)
The entire place was specifically designed by the architect owners for modern living and to complement its natural surroundings. Inspired by the sequoia trees, rich hues are reflected in the landscape and architectural elements. The terraces with rock Gabion walls, grey tones of the building facade, and the rusty Corten Steel elements harmonize well with the mountain backyard.
Whole house is accessible, except spaces locked for management and owner uses
• Within walking distance to the Midpines Post Office and YARTS Bus Stop
(Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System).
• A 5-minute drive to the nearest gas station and small grocery store.
• Only 25 miles to Yosemite National Park Arch Rock entrance.
• Close to downtown Mariposa with access to most services.
The entire place was specifically designed by the architect owners for modern living and to complement its natural surroundings.
