The grand family room is well-furnished with comfy leather furniture, large flat sceen tv, family dining set for 8, just off the custom kitchen, & 3 bedrooms completes the main floor. Watch the tide come in & out during the day from the upper deck off the family room. The washer/dryer, plus outdoor sink, are conveniently located in the utiility closet on the deck. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with beautiful quartz counter tops, cabinetry & appliances -- soft close drawers, full pantry storage & well-stocked kitchen essentials, including coffee maker for your morning routine.
Upstairs: Master suite has a King bed with private bath, including remodeled walk-in shower. The two other guest rooms are both Queen beds, plus one bunk bed. The bathoom is shared tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have flat-screen ROKU tv's.
Dowstairs: A cozy guest room offers 2 full beds & an interior bathroom w/ shower (no tub). Access is exterior ONLY.
PRIVATE POOL -- 4 1/2 feet deep 12 x 20 dimensions. Plenty of areas for sunbathing, or catch the breezes in the cool shade underneath the home. The outdoor space offers room for gathering to enjoy family activities at your own private resort. There's a grill, outdoor seating, garage refrigerator, hammock, privacy shades to block the sun, waterway dock and a sparkling blue pool oasis. The owner offers use of any of their personal beach and water toys - stored in the garage. There's an outdoor shower and garden hose to rinse off. SORRY - POOL CANNOT BE HEATED
Parking for 3 vehicles MAX --based on mid-size autos. Motorcycle /Trailer Friendly. The Cherry Grove pier is located about 20 blocks away for those that like pier fishing -- licenses available in the pier tackle shop. Rent or bring your own watercraft to the public boat landing at the Cherry Grove Preserve just 100 yards from the house. Your reservation includes all bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.
Barefoot Landing is only minutes away & a crowd-pleaser! Situated along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful natural setting with fun & excitement of boutique shopping, dining, sweet treats, entertainment & special events for the family.
