Set on a quiet street just a 7 minute walk to McMenamins Edgefield and a short stroll to downtown Troutdale, this home offers unmatched convenience for guests exploring the Columbia River Gorge or attending events at Edgefield.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, lived‑in space with room to spread out, cook together, and unwind after a day of hiking waterfalls, enjoying concerts, or wandering local shops and restaurants. The home is intentionally simple, warm, and welcoming — a place where people can gather, reset, and feel at ease.

I know the Gorge well and enjoy helping guests connect with the area in a way that feels safe, grounded, and meaningful. Hosting gives me a chance to share the trails, waterfalls, and quiet places I’ve come to know over a lifetime.

I chose this neighborhood because it sits at the Gateway to the Gorge, a landscape I’ve worked in and cared for over two decades. Being able to share this area with guests — the trails, the river, the scenery — is something I value. The location also offers the convenience of being steps from Edgefield and a short walk to downtown Troutdale.

The home reflects my background in Parks & Nature — simple, welcoming, and connected to the landscape around it. After more than twenty years working in the Gorge, I designed this space to be a comfortable base for exploring the area, attending concerts, and enjoying everything the region offers.
