The Buddy. Vintage North Beach Cottage. Just Steps to Sandy Beach.

The Buddy is unique in that it has two distinct living spaces on each level with sleeping, kitchen, and baths which offers some nice separation when desired. The levels are connected by an interior circular staircase and an exterior set of stairs.

The main level is truly a vintage cottage with knotty pine and hardwoods. This level has a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, and direct access to the back deck and the front patio.

The upper level includes an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area, living area with TV, large bedroom, full bath, and deck with lake views throughout this level.

Outdoor spaces offer a large private patio space in the front with dining tables and a gas grill. The upper deck has fantastic views of the beach and sunsets. There is also a back deck area on the main level for quiet morning coffee and to store beach gear.

The Buddy was updated in 2025 with central heat and air conditioning!
