Welcome to our home. If you’re a large family or group looking for somewhere to stay, this could be the perfect choice for you. This vacation home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private pool with spa and a games room. Located in the Abbey at West Haven and sleeps up 12. There is over 2,500 square feet of space to enjoy.
As you enter the villa, you’ll immediately notice the vaulted ceilings that give this home a light and airy feel throughout. There are two living areas. The family room is on the ground floor and has plenty of seating with 3 comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV for enjoying your favorite movies. Large patio door that lead onto the pool deck area. The second living area is upstairs and has a sofa, desk, and another large flat screen TV. Both living areas are great places to sit back, relax, and watch some TV after a long day out at the parks. The compact kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty. It also comes with modern appliances and a small breakfast bar with seating for 2. Immediately off the kitchen is the second dining area, which has seating for up to 6. The outside pool area is awesome. There is a large, covered lanai that spans the width of the villa providing some shade for alfresco dining. If you want to cool down from the heat, take a dip in the large lagoon-shaped swimming pool, or enjoy the bubbling spa after a long day. For sun worshippers there are sunloungers around the pool, for topping up that golden tan. Enjoy family fun in the games room complete with air hockey table, foosball table, and pool table.
Master suite with a king bed, 50” TV, and large en-suite bathroom comprising of a garden tub, walk in shower, twin 'His & Hers' vanities and wc. King guest bedroom with king bed, 40” TV, and en-suite bathroom. Queen guest bedroom, with queen bed, 40” TV, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 both have two twin beds (singles)in each.
Driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
No overnight street parking as per HOA guidelines. Towing is enforced in the community.

BBQ/Grills and baby equipment can be hired directly. Please enquire at time of booking.

Guests in The Abbey have use of the Clubhouse facilities including the communal pool, fitness gym and tennis.
Within easy reach of Hwy 27 and the I4 from Champions Gate. For direct access to Disney World and the local attractions.
At Champions Gate you will find a Publix supermarket for all your grocery needs as well as plenty of restaurants and take aways.
