the house was ok. we tried to do early check in but the host refused us for an unclear reason...there were no cleaners on site that prevented early check-in. also the host has code on ac and only changes it themselves remotely... which makes no sense whatsoever. we have no control of ac. there was missing an outdoor table to eat outdoors, which was in the original listing photography... so that was a bummer. and the fridge kept on freezing our fruit and vegetable product which had to go to waste....the house is cute but thats it.

I would not recommend hosting this guest. Communication was poor throughout their stay, and they did not respect house rules despite multiple reminders. They repeatedly attempted early check-in before the approved time, even after being informed the home was not ready. More concerning, they tampered with the thermostat by unplugging it after being told that temperature adjustments are managed remotely. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the property. Additionally, the home was left in a messy and unclean condition. Overall, this guest did not follow instructions or respect the home, and I would not host them again.

Spring Break 2025

The home is beautiful. We came across a few issues during our stay.1) there should be a welcome packet in the home to walk the guest through the check-in process, WiFi etc.2) the house should’ve been equipped with starters of the basic essentials such as dish detergent, trash bags, and paper towels.3) there were several rooms with stains on the bed linen and towels. We had to go out and purchase a comforter set because housekeeping could not come out until the next day.4) the air conditioning unit was set on a very uncomfortable temperature. We froze the entire length out our trip because the access to the thermostat required a code.5) no iron in the home, we had to purchase one.6) the tv’s in some of the rooms did not work

Hi, I’m Elly. I started hosting because I love creating a warm, inviting space where guests can feel at home, whether they’re traveling for fun, work, or medical needs. As someone who values comfort, style, and convenience, I’ve designed my townhome to be a stress-free retreat—perfect for families visiting Disney, professionals on business trips, or those needing a peaceful stay near top hospitals. I enjoy sharing local recommendations to help guests make the most of their trip. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I look forward to hosting you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and accessibility. It’s close enough to Disney for a magical vacation yet tucked away in a peaceful area where guests can relax after a long day at the parks. Being near major hospitals also makes it ideal for medical professionals, patients, and families visiting loved ones. Plus, with great dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby, it’s a fantastic spot for any type of traveler.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my townhome special is its combination of location, comfort, and security. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being close to Disney and major hospitals while staying in a peaceful, well-maintained community. Safety is a top priority—I chose this neighborhood because it’s in a secure area with well-lit streets and a family-friendly atmosphere. The property features smart locks for easy, keyless entry, and the community has additional security measures for peace of mind. Inside, the home is designed for relaxation, with cozy furnishings, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches to make every stay seamless and stress-free.
