Great property in a well appointed neighborhood

This is a great property! The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed, even beach towels!!! The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to questions and very helpful!

Thanks for the hospitality of staying into this love 5 bd house it was such a pleasure for my family and myself the house was very clean well equipped and I must add a vert equipped smart home.The host was very informative to any questions that was needed for any assistance and answered back in a timely to any questions I would recommend this home too anyone who is visiting Promise you would not be disappointed at all !!!! Alsoust add the rate was just perfect. Thanks alot!!!!!

Spring Break 2025

The home is beautiful. We came across a few issues during our stay.1) there should be a welcome packet in the home to walk the guest through the check-in process, WiFi etc.2) the house should’ve been equipped with starters of the basic essentials such as dish detergent, trash bags, and paper towels.3) there were several rooms with stains on the bed linen and towels. We had to go out and purchase a comforter set because housekeeping could not come out until the next day.4) the air conditioning unit was set on a very uncomfortable temperature. We froze the entire length out our trip because the access to the thermostat required a code.5) no iron in the home, we had to purchase one.6) the tv’s in some of the rooms did not work

the house was ok. we tried to do early check in but the host refused us for an unclear reason...there were no cleaners on site that prevented early check-in. also the host has code on ac and only changes it themselves remotely... which makes no sense whatsoever. we have no control of ac. there was missing an outdoor table to eat outdoors, which was in the original listing photography... so that was a bummer. and the fridge kept on freezing our fruit and vegetable product which had to go to waste....the house is cute but thats it.

I would not recommend hosting this guest. Communication was poor throughout their stay, and they did not respect house rules despite multiple reminders. They repeatedly attempted early check-in before the approved time, even after being informed the home was not ready. More concerning, they tampered with the thermostat by unplugging it after being told that temperature adjustments are managed remotely. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the property. Additionally, the home was left in a messy and unclean condition. Overall, this guest did not follow instructions or respect the home, and I would not host them again.
