This is an ancient villa with all the modern conveniences set in private lushly landscaped garden. It is the setting for an ideal family vacation; 5 bedrooms , 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, landscaped outdoor dining area , outdoor wood burning grill and wood fired pizza oven. We love the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for hanging out including a cozy private den, large studio space with wood trussed ceiling and a formal living room.

The house is located 2 km from rage center of Caprarola, a charming medieval town with great restaurants and the historic villa Farnese and its world famous renaissance gardens. The villa is located within an hour’s drive of central Rome as well as Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports.

Recreational opportunities abound including Lago di Vico, the medieval walled city of Viterbo, hiking on the Via Francigena, day trips UNESCO world heritage sites including Etruscan tombs of Tarquinia/Cerveteri and the cathedral city of Orvieto.
