Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 5 min to Golf Course, Downtown Deer Park which has restaurants, fast food chains, 3 pizza places, a brewhouse and grocery store with bakery, hot and cold deli. 30 min to Spokane. Many lakes close by.. Less than an hour to two ski resorts 49* North and Mount Spokane, 1 1/2 hours to Schweitzer ski resort.
25min drive to Wandermere golf course, movie cinemas lots of shopping and Costco is just around the corner.

Dave and Georgie are very nice, and the house was exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay at their place again if I need a place around Deer Park.

This house was so comfortable, like staying in my own home, NOT like a hotel. A quiet, peaceful Oasis to relax in. Complete with wild turkeys for morning coffee. We will definitely book for our next trip. Great presentation!

Great location and wonderful house

We were only minutes away from the friends we were visiting so it was very convenient. The house is spacious and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Was for a work weekend

The house was awesome, comfortable and in the middle of great scenary. Coost was good and Dave was a great host.

Pleasant Getaway Location in Deer Park

We stayed here for 5 nights during our daughter's wedding at a venue nearby. In addition to two bedrooms there was a couch for sleeping. Closet space was ample and lots of hangers provided! The master bathroom had a fabulous shower. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There is a sun room for extra space and the outdoor patio was lovely for sitting in the evening. The owner as friendly and avail able for questions. Would highly recommend!

Dave is a top-notch communicator with a top-notch property! He goes above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable and seamless stay. The place has soooo many amenities there’s literally nothing a person needs to bring from home other than themselves and clothing. Would give 10 stars if could, however site only allows for 5. My husband also really enjoyed Dave’s weekly coffee and donuts “with the guys” in his garage on our final morning. Thanks again Dave for an amazing stay and look forward to seeing you again!
