A hidden gem near miles of walking trails and the Little Spokane River that is only 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants.
Newly remodeled (2024) with luxury vinyl plank floors, featured pallet wall and fresh paint throughout.
2 King beds, Couch with queen pullout.
Wifi, Roku TV with apps, DVD and movies and board games.
*The space*
1010 square feet of private studio apartment space with two king beds, 2 kitchenettes, 2 couches and 2 TV. Two private bathrooms.
** Host occupies the remainder of the house and the host living space is above the suite.** Host is committed to honor quiet hours to provide you with serene accommodations.
*Guest access*
Drive past the house on the right side to your own free onsite designated parking spot. The stairs to the private entrance of the accommodations are in the back of the house.
*Other things to note*
We are animal lovers and our two cats and one dog will love to interact with you, but we need them to be the only animals on the property. They get jealous for attention!!
