Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in downtown Sonora. This retreat is the perfect place to get away from it all and truly enjoy your Gold Country surroundings. Tastefully renovated with all the modern comforts of today. Sit outdoors and relax under gazebo area with table and chairs. This home has been beautifully appointed and totally redone. It sits on a residential street near downtown Sonora (5 minutes). Guests are able to access the entire home Owners are close by in the neighborhood and are available, if need be, during your stay. Walk downtown (5 minutes) to great restaurants, enjoy the Saturday Farmer's Market (May-October), coffee shops, speciality boutiques and antique stores. Close to Yosemite National Park, Columbia State Park, Railtown State Park, Black Oak (and Concerts) and Chicken Ranch Casino. Also close to New Melones, Don Pedro, Tulloch, Pinecrest Lakes, Kennedy Meadows and the Emigrant Wilderness and Murphy's with its Ironstone Winery and Concerts. Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley Ski Resorts are also within 30-45 minutes. Home is within blocks of downtown Sonora in an established neighborhood. Sonora has limited public transportation and very good walking trails within the City and County.

We had a fantastic stay here. Best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and so many thoughtful things added to the stay (fresh flowers, milk, cereal, & beverages). Definitely on my list of places to return to!

The home was beautiful inside and out. The beds were so comfortable. The patio is beautiful perfect for a wonderful BBQ with friends. Peggy was amazing to deal with and the home was well stocked with coffee and breakfast goods. We loved our time there and didn’t want to leave.

Best stay ever, like a retreat definitely a reboot. Quiet, clean, comfortable, breakfast, fresh flowers. Relaxing patio with two grills. We did not want to leave. We will come back soon. Thank You. I only do a video of this beautiful home.

Gorgeous house and well stocked!

This property was beautiful inside and outside. Easy to get there and easy to access the house. The house was fully stock with everything we needed. I never stayed in a place where breakfast was included. Peggy had the fridge stock with ice cold bottle waters. My leadership group of ladies loved it here. Will come back again.

One of the best ever!

Peggy and the house itself were exceptional! The house is very clean, very comfortable and centrally located in beautiful Sonora. The walk downtown involves going uphill to get back but it's very manageable if you're in walking shape. The MBR bed is super comfy, which is a big deal for me. And the espresso is a real treat! Thank you!!!

Peaceful oasis near downtown Sonora

We stayed at this property with a party of 3, but also very suitable for 2 or even 3 couples. The house is very spacious and recently remodeled with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The lovely garden and covered patio are suitable for outdoor meals and entertaining. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet only a few minutes away from bustling downtown. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We hope to come back for a future visit!

Perfect Alternative to a Hotel Stay

The house was immaculate and appears to have been recently renovated with all of the modern touches. It was very well stocked above and beyond the norm with all of the basics that anyone would need to get started. The entire back yard was beautifully landscaped with an amazing rose garden in full bloom and assortment of fruits and berries with a nice clean BBQ grill and spacious pergola to enjoy the outdoors in the shade. I was in the area for a week traveling with my crew working on a local project and this was much more convenient, comfortable and economical than renting several hotel rooms. I would highly recommend this home!

Geweldig comfortabel verblijf

Heerlijke, comfortabele en nette woning in een rustige omgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De woning is smaakvol en sfeervol ingericht. Zeer uitgebreid assortiment voor het onbijt. Geweldige zorgzame verhuurder; snelle en plezierige communicatie. Enig minpunt was de wifi die niet echt optimaal en traag was. Maar verder absoluut een aanrader.
