To ensure a comfortable stay, we recently upgraded all beds with new fitted sheets, but we will make sure our linens stay securely in place moving forward. Regarding mold, our professional cleaning service provides a comprehensive report before every check-in—including mold inspections—and no issues were flagged. The condo has been fully booked back-to-back since April with no previous reports, but because guest comfort is our top priority, we are conducting a thorough deep clean immediately to address any concerns. First, I apologize for any confusion about linens and paper products. While we do include that information in our rental details, I now see how it could be made clearer up front, and I’ll make immediate updates to ensure future guests are fully informed before booking. I’m also very sorry about the cleanliness issues you encountered. That is not the standard we strive to uphold.
